Sbi Cards - Sbi Credit Card Credit card misused on amazon pay

The undersigned is a consumer as defined under Consumer Protection Act-**** as “Sachin Eknath Kadam” have purchased/taken the (goods/services) credit card – ****************(after blocking you have issue new credit card for the same account with number **************** on date *-dec-****) from you (SBI Credit card – CIN - U*****DL****PLC******).
The said product/service/credit card is not up to the mark due to the following defect:
*. Fraud happened on credit card on date *-Dec-**** and an unknown person used my credit card on amazon pay (CIN-U*****KA****FTC******) without OTP or PIN (as per the transaction sms I got on date *-dec-****)
*. Unknown person uses my credit card on amazon pay without sharing details for online purchases.
*. Email alert/notification not shared for transactions made on date *-Dec-**** and *-dec-****
*. Credit card online account userid-FBB****** got reset without sharing password/OTP and SBI allowed Unknown person to reset my password without OTP verification (got to know from sms notification date *-dec-****).
*. SBI is not ready to help on investigation and closed request when I was asking for update then sbi is saying they have noted all point and working it and they will share all details for this issue but not share yet. And their customers team saying that request also closed.
*. Card limit got activated without OTP (Got to know from request number ************ date *-dec-****) and to activate limit its required OTP here sbi is not able to mentioned security.
*. As per the SBI credit card statement and dispute request result, they are saying that transaction happened on date *-Dec-**** with OTP but I didn’t receive any OTP on date *-Dec-**** over sms and email also no such communication over sms and E-mail but still amount showing in the statement i.e **,***(**)rs which is *****rs.
*. I have raised Dispute request ************ on date **-dec-**** by making calls on number *********** but SBI Misleading here by modifying evidence (I have call logs and calls details can be check with cyber cell on the same) and sbi is showing that calls were made on date *-dec-****(but it's on date *-dec-****) and request submitted on date – **-Dec-**** but sbi showing that it submitted on *-dec-**** by modified date.
*. Fraud transaction happened on *-dec-**** (as per the sms which I got ), which including three transaction of amount *****(**) RS spend on amazon pay (U*****KA****FTC******) without OTP sharing (I have screenshot of SBI app and SBI online credit card account) and when I am checking my amazon pay account then I am not able to check any transaction related to these amount (three time ***** rs i.e **k). On date between **-dec to **-dec-**** when I am checking sbi credit card statement then this amount not showing there and sbi not ready to investigate this fraudulent activity and they are only checking that transaction happend with otp or not although it's sbi responsibility to maintain transparency with customer.
**. Now I am able to check three transaction in my credit card statement for date *-dec-**** but I didn't received any otp over email or mobile and also I am not able to check this transaction in my amazon pay account.I want refund for this transaction.

**. SBI Saying that transaction happened on *DEC**** then they have shared OTP after * day on my mobile still transaction are valid
