Sachin Kadam filed complaint against Sbi Credit Card on Dec 30, 2020
I have SBI Credit Card number ****************. On Date *-Dec-*** at *:** AM when I was
sleeping at my home, I got an SMS alert on my mobile phone number from SBI that amount ******* (i.e.
***** Transaction ID:-*************;************* ;*************) spent on amazon pay so I am getting SMS on SMS so I wakeup and login on SBI App block my
credit card.
As I found that otp is on my mobile but still same one doing transaction from my credit card. while
checking I found that this is fraudulent activity and unknown person is using my credit card on his amazon
pay also changes my online sbi account with username FBB****** without otp and unknown person has
changed the card limit without otp. this all activity done without sharing otp.
as per the registration, sbi supported to shared email on my email id but they didn't shared for this transaction but before *-dec-**** they use to sent all details on my email id
Credit card reference number for three transaction are *************, ************* and
************* also notice that transaction was done on *-Dec-**** which was showing under unbilled
transactions history but on date **-Dec-**** transaction got settled and its showing date *-Dec-**** in
sbi credit account which is not correct and SBI misleading for transaction details as sms and amazon
status date it happened on *-Dec-****. also i have sms on my mobile date *-Dec-**** and recording all sbi call were i have mention this details
I have reported this issue to sbi and request number ************, ************ and Interaction Id- *-
*********** and RBI Complaint No *************** and *************** Cyber **************
and ************** Cyber cell by manually and online
******* consumer court
I want my money-**k back from sbi and they are sending email on email that clear all amount.
