Sbi Credit Card - SBI credit card charging double amount for a single EMI purchase every month

I have taken an EMI upon a purchase using SBI credit card for which a monthly EMI of **,*** rupees should be charged for me on monthly basis. The EMI period is * months and amount is around **,*** rupees. They started to charge me around **,*** rupees(two **,*** EMI amounts ) every month and i was not able to stop this in any means. I tried contacting customer support but i couldn't connect since their phone numbers are out of service most of the times. I've mailed Nodal officers explaining the issue but there is no action taken by them. Moreover, once i received a reply stating to pay foreclosure amount to close one EMI among two EMI (**,*** each) being charged. why should i pay foreclosure. Infact I would get the extra money that they are charging me. I have paid EMIs for * months (total **k) and still have * months left. the reason i paid is because my credit score gets impacted because of their mistake. Nodal officers promised to sort this issue within some stipulated time but failed to so. please help me in receiving the amount which i paid including the IGST,interest and additional taxes levied.
