I will deposit *****/- in sbi cdm mechine at sbi ntouch Hitecity, which related to sbi kondapur branch on ** nd January **** at *.** pm. In that I have missing of ****/-
On **th January **** I will given written compliant to cash Incharge at Kondapur sbi branch. They told in two days we will deposit which is missing in cdm.
On *th of February **** I will again go to branch and meet cash Incharge and ask for my complaint. But they said, come tomorrow. And again *th Feb **** I will meet same person and ask for my compliant. They ask to meet cash head, and I meet and explain my counsun, and they request to wait one day, we will solve the issue. And given him phone no. But he cant pick my call.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
