I have paid Rs.*** on *-**-**** and instead of closing my account, SBI again started to quote more for my bill.

And as email dated ** Jan ****, All of sudden after complaining in Voxya, SBI realised that my outstanding amount was Rs.*** (From the amount paid on Oct * ****, I have Rs.*** to be returned by SBI and they will credit the same into my account soon)
In this regards I want to extend my sincere thank you to Voxya team to make this happen.
Now I have only two simmple query for which I want to know answers from SBI.
*. If I have paid excess amount on Oct *, Why SBI have asked me to pay more ???
*. As on date SBI have SBI mentioned that my bill was Rs.*** (I have already paid the money and SBI promised to refund the money also), How that outstanding amount was derived???
*. If only Rs.*** was my balance, Then why SBI asked to me to pay Rs.**** ?? and All of sudden suddenly given NOC also??
*. Now why SBI denying to Send my excess money to my bank account??????
