Tripodeal - Says ticket booking rejected No refund initiated

Booked a ticket on Tripodeal. It said confirmation can take ** to ** mins. Then it showed nothing else. Called customer care and they said the booking got rejected and refund will be initiated. No mail received confirming this. Seeing on Voxya that other people got scammed too. Please help me get my money back
