Company(tripodeal) is not ready to cancel my tickets and process the refund.
My tickets were a refundable tickets but despite my multiple request's the tripodeal customer care is not ready to cancel my tickets from ahemdabad to mumbai and refund the amount. I have done multiple to & fro mail communications with their refund team (Sophie moore & Paul Simmons) but their is no proper response on the same.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
