Jio mart - Sansui Washing Machine

I purchased Sansui automatic washing machine *.* kg from jio mart. Recently I faced issue in machine so i complaint to jio mart on ** sep **** and engineer came to check this and found part is faulty. So he told me to registered another complaint for this. So i again log complaint but no resolution given from jio team side. All the time when i call jio team they told me that my case escalated but they not providing solution and not follow there TAT. Now machine is in total fault and not working totally.
Its my request to repaired it or refund my total amount.
