Sansui - Sansui 50 Google TV The Zen Panel Replacement Under warranty

I have purchased a Sansui **' Google TV from Vijay Sales Bhandup East outlet on ** December ****, and it was all working find until ** September ****, as on the same day we noticed that the TV was all operational i.e. Power was okay, audio was okay, all well but the screen god deemed **%. We logged into a complaint with Sansui customer support on ** September **** (Service Request No. MHSL*************) as the issue seems to be with the backlight of my Sansui TV’s Zen Panel, which** years of Replacement Under warranty.
Today it’s been a week and I’m still struggling to get it fixed. ** engineers have visited my place so far, took photos/ videos of the TV by opening and since then I have no clue what is happening. My **-year-old loves watching his cartoon shows and being an Indian family, all my family members including my elderly parents rely on this TV for daily entertainment which has been obstructed due to this service failure.
After a lot of struggles I somehow managed to get the contact number of the Area service manager (Ankit - +**-**********) but even he is least bothered as not responded the phone call despite multiple attempts.
Someone please help me get this issue fixed asap within the next ** hours as there is IND PAK Match on ** September **** and despite paying for a TV, I can’t afford to miss this Asia cup match.
Please get the issue fixed at the earliest.
