I ordered one product from flipkart, I get my product on **/**/****, on that day it's not working, when I contact customer service they are replace that product but before need to check authorised service team, so thay are assigned service team on **/**/**** unfortunately no one come and they are give many date's until now it's not cleared when I call customer service they are also giving another dates, and it's not cash refund also only replacement, as per policy it will need to clear with in * days, now it's already ** daya problem not solved,and I'm on my vacation now I'm working in abroad (NRE).
