Our Samsung TV screen issue occurs again for the second time within * year and their customer service person says that panel is broken and it does not come under warranty.
Actually we are facing this issue again and again so there is some manufacturing defect in the product itself, since there is not any physical damage in the TV. It's not at all our fault so kindly sort out this issue by repairing the TV or do the replacement since we cannot bear this loss.
