I bought a Samsung Galaxy M**S Sa Mobile (*GB Mirage blue) for Rs.***** from Amazon online shopping on **st September ****. After a day, the display often goes off when the call comes and goes. I called Samsung Customer Care * times. According to them, they took him to Samsung Care in Ujjain and returned the next day saying that they were fine. But back to the old complaint, I took it back to Samsung Care and they said the display had changed. I had the same problem again. Then it was taken to Samsung Care. They say they do not understand the complaint. But I still have the same problem. I complained to the Samsung CEO to replace my mobile, but they did not give it to me. It cost me **** rupees to go to Samsung Care * times. This mobile has a * year replacement warranty. So I have to replace my M**S mobile or pay back the full payment. I am mentally broken that such an expensive mobile is compliant so quickly.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
