They provided me same old blood test report from the month of May **** for a new blood test which was conducted on **st Oct ****. When I called customer care for help, they keep saying they are looking into it and will be resolved within **hrs but it has been more than * days now without any updates. This is not some amazon flipkart issue where we can wait easily for resolution.(Even these ecommerce platforms, also, most of times, resolve issue immediately on call) These are health related matters and They need to understand the severity and seriousness of this fraud/scam. PFA the video of the app which shows my old report as my new report, check the date inside the report.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
