Ordered a Salwar suit on **st February but after payment they did not provide any delivery date or have shared consignment no. with us. Till today the product is not yet delivered. They never pick up my calls or reply to messages.
They say that it is not their responsibility to give delivery commitment to customers. It is the responsibility of the delivery partner. But still they are unable to share the consignment details with me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
