Simplilearn - Sales agent forcing customers to enroll

Hi, I had enrolled for Data science course some time back and my course expired. I was thinking of re-enrolling. But due to budget constraints I was unable to do it. An agent from Simplilearn called me to enquire the same. I told them I would like to enroll, but after some months due to budget constraints. But the agent was behaving rudely asking to borrow money from my parents or friends and pay immediately, otherwise he will not offer me further discounts in the future if I want to re-enroll. He also mocked stating "Do you not have at least one friend to borrow money from?" So, I agreed to it and asked him to send the link. But when I was trying to make the payment on the EMI basis, it was redirecting me to third party credit provider(zest money), to pay for the fee, which I absolutely did not want to do. But the agent from Simplilearn used unprofessional language and talked and texted unprofessionally. So I denied to answer the calls. All these sales agents do is drive revenue for the company and exploit the customers by draining them with their money. It has affected me mentally and emotionally.
