LIC Housing Finance - Sale deed not executed

sir, this is to inform you that i had availed a homeloan from lic hfl,cr avenue branch,kolkata in the year ****, bearing home loan account no:*********** application no:******** sanctioned date **.**.****. the home loan principal payment along with accrued interest has been duly paid by me, in full on **.**.****. but unfortunately i am not in receipt of the registered deed of the flat. as well as the possession of the flat has also not been provided to me by the promoter of the aforesaid flat till date. kindly provide me the registered deed of the said flat as well as the clear title to the property. kindly look after the matter on urgent basis and revert back to me.
