Hdfc bank - Salary On Hold

Hi Team ,
This is Ajith Vasu , I am writing this grievance with deep pain as it is a very difficult situation for me to survive and hope you will resolve my issue ASAP . I have * active loans with HDFC bank , I had requested for moratorium for both the active loan. Auto loan Account ******** , Personal Loan A/C ******** . I had my loans deduced through Standard Charter Bank for HDFC , I changed my company and I had My Salary Account ************** with HDFC and this has a negative balance for RS *,**,***.**. Were in **,***.** has been held with out any intimation . Salary for the Month of May & June has been credited by my employer Were in my account now shows -*****.** as of **/**/****. I called the HDFC customer care but of no response , Had placed a complaint req on the HDFC portaI HBL= ********* but no response from the dep , During this lock down period and during the travel restrictions . I had visited the Purna nagar branch & The Viman nagar branch fix this issue but the branch employee from HDFC has guided me to the Chinchwad Loan dep . Visited the loan dep S/p to an HDFC employee from loan team as she said the Salary amt will be released . Received a call from the HDFC loans dep Manager as he suggested need to clear my full loan amt of ***** approx to remove the held status , I and my family is totally dependent on my salary and since last * mnts during this critical Lockdown period my Salary has been placed on hold with out my knowledge . As per the government guideline this is against the law . Please look in to the same .
