My name is Ritesh. I am travelling from Manali to New Delhi on *nd April' ** in bus no-HR**D ****. I requested the bus staff for washroom break as one of the traveler getting down at *am but he refused.
At *:** am the bus driver tried to scold me as he stopped the bus for himself to drink tea.. according to him he will not stopped the bus for no one.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I booked bus through Zingbus from Narayan Singh Circle Jaipur to Delhi . It had to pick me up on May ** , **:** pm but it left me without informing. I kept waiting at bus stand . I want my full refund of ₹***.
Pickup not done. They said they didn't have my contact detail even though I have received the booking detail via text and what's app msg.
Zingbus policy allows non-prime users to get * full cancellation in ** days, if the ticket is canceled more than * hours ago. And I canceled it * hours ago. Yet the company is not allowing me refund.
