Miniso lajpat nagar - Rude behaviour of store manager and staff

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had today **th march, **** around * o'clock at evening. at your Miniso store located in Lajpat Nagar. Unfortunately, my visit along with my friend Isha was marred by the rude behavior exhibited by both the manager and staff members on duty.



While entering the store, I was greeted with an unwelcoming attitude from the manager, whose demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the staff members mirrored this behavior, showing a lack of courtesy and respect towards customers. When inquired about the fowl treatment that we receiving, staff informed us that it was store managers decision not to provide us with good customer service due to some personal reasons. I would like to ask where is the professionalism in your staff ? due to some personal reasons how can the store manager deny us good customer service and billing rights. After the huge argument between us and the manager of your store we were finally allowed to get our product billed at the billing counter which was denied to us initially. As a frequent patron of Miniso, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the pleasant shopping experience your stores usually provide. However, this recent encounter has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I will never visit the store again. Sorry to say but you have lost a valuable customer, and would never recommend my friends or family to visit the store ever again.
