Ecom Delivery - Rude behaviour of delivery boy

Very rude behaviour of delivery boy,I got a message of out for delivery * days ago after that * day ago I got a ** second call from ecom which they haven't spoken with me,they dint even responded to me,after that today I went to ecom express office this morning,and asked for my parcel,and asked them why dint they call me,they started to talk me rudely,after that they said that the parcel is taken by thier execute to my delivery address,after that i left that place,after they called me and said your one parcel was here,they dint even apologize.so I have paid amount.and said that your another parcel will be delivered by this afternoon.after * hours they called me and said that *** rupees is shortage in the amount which I gave,then I realised that they said that was true, immediately I said that I will give that remaining when u deliver that another parcel,they said ok to it.and today evening they called me and said that its raining outside so they asked me to come thier office and rejected and said that I cant come because its raining here too.they said if u want another parcel then you have to come,then I said that I given my home address to deliver.so u have to deliver it here,and I will pay remaining amount.but they got rude and started to abuse by words.so I wanted to take strict action against them
