Pvr inox - Rude behaviour from managers and extremely lengthy ads

The show was supposed to start at **:**. The staff was lousy and viewed only entered thetre at **:**. The adds were played on the screen till **:**.
Upon complaining the so called manger were rude and started justifying long ads. When asked to do something about it as a customer we didn't pay in theater to view ads.
This is totally not acceptable
