Pvr inox - Food voucher fraud

I purchased * movie tickets for Housefull * **th June evening show through their app, where I paid extra ₹*** for a food voucher worth ₹*** which was offered to me as part of a super saver offer.
I did not receive this voucher before the show time so I had a word with their chat agent on WhatsApp who assured me that it would be delivered via SMS/WhatsApp soon and that I should wait for some time. When nothing was delivered to me via SMS/WhatsApp even after the show then on the following day I raised a complaint with their feedback team hoping they would look into the matter and either deliver the voucher or refund the amount. I chased them again after * days (**th June) when I did not receive any resolution or fruitful response and it has been **th June today but they don’t even care to respond.
They are doing daylight robbery in the name of ‘Super Saver Offer’ on their so called app and cheating the common people of their hard earned money.
Any help/assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated.
