Vistara Airlines - Rude behavior

Hi. I am Tanushree traveling by UK***, BLR-DEL flight at *AM today. Vistara has the most rudest employees i have ever seen. I had an excess baggage of **kgs but no hand luggage, i requested miss Anjali politely to merge my hand baggage weight in the check in but she denied after asking from her manager naveen. I understand that they are bounded by the company policy but they should have a good behavior towards the passenger. This is my first time with Vistara and now i realize why other airlines are known to be better than Vistara because they know how to treat their passengers. This will be the last time i am travelling with Vistara. I hope you will take some action, if you have some self respect.
