My brother had flight on ** may **.** am. He was not allowed in flight due to absence of RTPCR report. He was traveling first time and alone. We tried to talk to airport staff regarding the rtpcr report and rescheduling but they didn't help at all. I tried to talk on phone but they denied to talk . So in the end my brother exited the airport. My brother already gave sample for rtpcr report. So I requested them to reschedule the flight. But I got no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
