Simplilearn - Rude Behavior of Simplilearn s executive

I have contacted a Simplilearn executive Narendra Bastani | narendra.bastani@simplilearn.net |**********/********** for a quote, he said he would be able to share it by tomorrow, I requested him for sharing the pricing today itself as they would have a pre-filled mail or quote, as I need to take some approvals. Asked him to get it shared by someone else, he then said, I know how to do my work and you need not say how I need to do it. He spoke in a very rude tone, which I am not able digest. I politely said ok and dropped the call. Wondering how someone can behave this way.
