Hindustan Wellness - RTPCR report not received till now

The sample for RTPCR has been taken on **th april **** and i called customer care no one is ready to solve and i still haven't received any reports for the same they are saying that payment is pending even **** rupees we have already paid via cash..this is something fraud i guess kindly see to it.
