I got a blood test done for vitamin B and vitamin D in Dec ****. The person who gor the sample was eating pan or pan masala or something, could not soeak properly. He injected the needle wrong way when told started arguing. When I compalined to HW team they did not do anything. Later I got report only for Vitamin B test and I wqas told blood sample was not sufficint and I should give sample again. I refused on account of my last experience and demanded refund. Refund never happende. After several compamliants I told them not to call me as I will not take thier service. Thay are still calling and harassing me. I am filing compalint after so long as they call every now and then sell a service despite telling them to stop doing so. Very bad customer service peiple. Pathetic managers and leadership who simply do not care
