NOC taken from Gujarat to Mysore RTO. All original documents shared with this Driving school * years ago, no work done on this. Again in Aug ****, they called me to update and said we will get the NOC non utilisation certificate, due to financial problem i am now having to sell my vehicles. for selling, this certificate is essential. no response from Vivek Singh of Shakthi Driving school.
