i want to file complaint against shiprocket,
i have order with awb - ************ with their partner amazon shipping partner on ** june, **** and they reached at final destination on ** june till date everything is fine
now after reached at final destination on **th june they out for delivery on *th July so they are already ** days delay for delivery
there is a RTO initiated beacuse customer refuse to get ok so rto initiated on **th july , **** and after that parcel reached with my area destination hub on **th july and they false stated that parcel was rto delivered on **th july
i raises ticket for this but they automatic closed ticket for no reason
and this is *nd time that i got this rto delivered false statement , please help me because they are not giving proper answer of my call
