Bank of India - RTGS was not done on time

i have a bank account in bank of india today on */**/** I filled a form for rtsgs at **:** pm for my kid's university fees and i was in hurry because that was the last day of fees submission and the bank officer refused to do the rtgs on the same day and was behaving so rudely saying "yaha bank ka koi thikana nahi hai rtgs main teen din bhi lagega * din bhi lagega jb hmara man hoga tab hi karenge " i was so dissatisfied from the behaviour of the bank officer and i was also charged late fees from the college of my kid in u.s. please take appropriate action regarding my problem the branch of bank of india was in madha pradesh indore , mahalakshmi nagar , near bombay hospital
