i have purchased samsung ***.* cm (**) *k (ultra hd) curved led tv **JS**** on ** Sep,**** **:** am and order id is **********.
same day paytm cancelled my order and they said that we have initiated the refund but till yet refund is not credited in my account. refund status on paytm is "refund in process"
now they are giving fake assurance and not replying to my email at all.
so, please help me in solving my concern so that i can get my refund.
