Bhavesh bumb filed complaint against Paytm.com on Sep 7, 2017
I ordered a product on paytm . When I check the order status it shows the product has been already auto cancelled but I didn't receive the amount back or the product inspite of regular complaints. The customer care is the worst. The number doesn't work properly and they don't reply to even to the mails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
