Sir,
While purchasing Medicines in an Apollo Pharmacy Branch, Pipulpati More, Chinsurah, Hooghly Holding No.***/***/*** Kadamtala, Tel No.**********, DL.No.Wb/Hoo/****-S,WB/Hoo/***/-SB ** AAPCA****P*** on **-**-**** at **:** A.M.for an amount of Rs.*** through my Debit Card, it was observed that Rs.*** deducted two times from my Account. I showed the Message to the selling Personnel instantaneously. Today, I showed my bank Statement to the same selling person who took a Snapshot of the Statement but could not suggest me the remedies.
I hope you would kindly take up the matter for redressal at the earliest.
