By mistake I have given twice the payment online due to network connection first payment didn't go so then I have done to made second payment and when I 've shown them they kept saying they'll return my money but they won't and just keep me waiting and also had a very bad coustomer experience employees don't listen while there is fault in payment I have clarified them a lot of time. They kept on giving me false hope and won't return . I kept on coming to their store but they only say one thing that when online wle sir will come then we will provide and when I asked him when he'll come he says I don't know they haven't return yet and it's been * weeks since they haven't return .
I haven't expected this kind of behaviour from Apollo since I'm regular customer. It's so wrong .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
