I ordered a table from royaloak on may**th. I was suppose to get the delivery by **th june but never received it. Even the order status for my order on the website shows that its delivered and installed. No one picks up the call on customercare number and neither replies on email or any social media platform. Its just taking away people’s money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
