Royaloak - Package not delivered

Have booked bed with Royaloak online on ** july. Estimate delivery date was **th august and installation date was **th aug. But have not received any response or update on the product status. When called local coimbatore Royal Oak they mentioned they will not support any online purchase and when I mentioned that I am going for legal complaint. The manager was rude and mentioned he is least bothered.
