Have booked bed with Royaloak online on ** july. Estimate delivery date was **th august and installation date was **th aug. But have not received any response or update on the product status. When called local coimbatore Royal Oak they mentioned they will not support any online purchase and when I mentioned that I am going for legal complaint. The manager was rude and mentioned he is least bothered.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I ordered a Study Table but it has not been delivered yet and no tracking is available. There is absolutely no means of reaching out the support team. RoyalOak is a cheat brand. Beware of such dogs.
