I ordered a Computer Table for home use on RoyalOakIndia.com on May **th ****. The website said that the order would be shipped on June *th and delivered by June **th. However, on checking the status of the order on July *th (and later), the website said the order number (ROY*******) doesn't exist. On calling the customer care phone number, the phone was on hold for about ** minutes before it got cut.
