UMESH MATTOO filed complaint against Reliance Jio Mart on Sep 8, 2020
This is to bring to your attention
That I placed order no*****************A on *rd of August ****.
The order was supposed to be delivered around *th of August.
However to my utter surprise on *th of August the status of my order showed as order delivered on *th of August.
I lodged a complaint on the helpline no complaint no ********** and I was told the complainant will be resolved within ** hours.
After expiry of ** hours .
Once again to my surprise now the delivery status of the order was changed to delivered on *th of August ( earlier it was showing delivered on *th of August)
I called the customer care again and I was informed that my complaint has been closed.
I once again registered my complaint this time through an email.
I have been repeatedly calling reliance customer service for the resolution of my complaint as I had already paid the money with my credit card and not received the goods.
There seemed to ploy to cheat and not deliver the stuff.
I lodged another complaint no ********** today again.
Today around * pm finally the goods were delivered where by invoice was raised on *th of August ****.** at *.** am

The items were dumped at my gate.
There was no OTP generated and asked for for the receipt of the goods delivered.
Since the invoice was prepared on *th and goods were delivered on **th.
The person who delivered called from.the no **********
Since the vegetables must have been packed on *th of August and we're delivered on **th of August all the vegetables were rotten and unfit for human consumption.
You are requested to collect the rotten vegetables and give us the necessary credit for the same.
There seems to be a nexus were by your store people are trying to cheat and show goods as delivered and not actually delivering the supplies where customer has made the payment upfront.
It has been a disappointing experience of dealing with reliance
Please note following items are rotten and unfit for consumption and you may arrange for the return of the same and pass the necessary credit tous
