On *rd of Oct **** I have ordered grocieries from Reliance Jio Mart on line apps order num-*****************A Shipment is showing on next day but today is *th Now apps is showing will be delivered tomorrow , from *rd till date every day delivery changes the next day i have mailed to grievanceofficer@jiomart.com <grievanceofficer@jiomart.com>; nodalofficer@jiomart.com <nodalofficer@jiomart.com>cs@jiomart.com from *th Oct **** only ticket number Ticket No:********** opens and closes and apoligy mail comes , inspite of * big stores in siliguri ****** they are giving only reply as sorry will be coming today but till date not resloved , why person gives grocieries when they are finished , i am having huge financial losses as no option for cancel the same , more over they have canceled few items of their own without intimation still others not received till date . What to do Please Suggest??
