I was booking a room in the khar hotel Manali and while doing payment I entered the OTP and from the bank amount was deducted but the app was still asking for otp and sended me new OTP and was again asking to do the payment
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
