We have booked a room in bangalore from Agoda in OYO ***** Shree Comforts on Oct *th. After reaching there around **:** we are not given any room, saying that they have forgot to intimate the non vacancy of rooms. The manager said that he will refund the amount. Still now we haven’t received any amount. We are highly frustrated about searching rooms at that time and still not getting our money will make us to put this issue in greater way. So kindly refund asap.
