I ordered a redmi Y* mobile phone from amazon.in on * Aug **** but instead of the mobile phone, we received a big rock piece inside the box. There was no mobile no accessories inside the box. Pictures attached. Amazon is denying to pay any refund or mobile. The order number is ***-*******-*******. We needed that mobile deseparately in the sale season, so putting our trust in amazon, we ordered a new phone again from Amazon thinking that they will provide a refund for the fake product. But we lost our hard earned money of ****
