Sunny filed complaint against Ola Cab ANI Technologies on Oct 8, 2022
Hello, I booked a cab using Ola Cab services dated October *th, ****. The estimated fare being ₹***, I booked a Prime Sedan the same day. Upon the arrival of my destination, I came to know that I've been charged ₹*** extra, i.e. ₹*** as my total fare price. My Customer Reference Number (CRN) is **********.
Hence I'm filing a complaint under the subject "I have been charged higher than the estimated fare amount". Please find the evidences attached below this complaint (My name and the driver's name has been redacted for confidentiality purposes, which is necessary as the complainant will be publicly available to everyone and the company I'm filing this complaint against).
The evidences shows the estimated fare price for the distance I travelled on the date above and the invoice of my fare price for the same distance. Since I've been victimized, I'd like the rest of my money (the extra fare I paid) refunded on an early basis.
