Ola Cab ANI Technologies - Excessive toll charges

I have been overcharged for the toll amount to the extent of RS *** on **th august **** for a ride from gurgaon to faridabad. There has been charges of toll on multiple name for same road which is quite evident as technical glitch but instead of resolving they keep harassing customers as the actual toll is just **rs which is being charged on gurgaon Faridabad road. Futher mcd tax has been charged without the vehicle entering delhi. Complaint raised on customer support however there has been no satisfactory response.
There has been multiple calls with ola but they did not help and stated it is general charges and also mentioned other customer faced same issue but technical team has confirmed without applying mind and checking for actual toll charges.
