Tata Neu App - Reward Points Not Reimbursed

I wanted to make my Insurance payment of Rs ***** from Tata Neu app using my Tata Neu Infinity CC so as to earn reward points worth Rs ****. June ** , **** I wasn't able to make the payment using my CC to which I was told by Tata Neu that they have changed the policy & payment cant be processed using CC but can be done using other methods wherein I wont be able to earn reward points. They have changed this policy without even letting their customers know about this. If they would have intimated this earlier (like all other banks/platforms does) then I would have made my payment beforehand so as to earn my rewards points. Their customer care representative also admitted that this is Tata Neu's mistake. Thereafter, they are not replying me over emails, Twitter, etc. I still made the payment using my Tata neu infinity CC but from Insurance Portal. Due to this unethical behaviour of Tata Neu I have lost my opportunity to earn reward points. We have opted this CC basis the features& the benefits only and if Tata Neu is changing the features/benefits then Its our right to know about it in advance.
