AFRIN SULTANA filed complaint against Xpressbees Courier on Jun 17, 2022
I have placed the return order in meshoo app and they assigned Xpressbee courier for return pickup AWB No : *************** on **th Jun *:**pm courier boy picked up the item i asked him about the return message he said once he go to his office he will scan and I will get the message.
But till now details have not been updated in meshoo i called the courier boy again to ask about the messages and status not yet updated he said he has sent the item return to company and advised to coustomer care of Xpressbee but when I tried calling customer care it's says we are unable to connect.
Plz help me with refund.
