I want to reverse finance charges which were leived by bank on my credit card.All the finance charges were nearly about Rs. *****.The finance charges which were leived by bank was not due to my fault.Their CRM told me to pay minimum amount not the total outstanding during the covid ** pandemic. for the clarification i have wrote the several mails to Customer care, credit card dispute and grievances redressal as well but after repeated emails executives are not responding properly.I already registered a complaint to their grievance redressal but there is no response from HDFC till now.
