HDFC credit card - Reversal of finance charges additional charges GST

I'm holding HDFC credit card, for the last **years, I'm a privilege customer with good track record. Since I'm in travelling on duty for last *months ,I just paid *days late supposed to pay by *th of every month, I paid *and *th for last *months they charged me very high almost *****/- even though I made a request to the customer care about the disputed amount of finance charges still they levied me additional charges for the next month. Can I get the reversal of my charges
