Myntra - Returns rejected

Have received products which are in improper state i.e own without tags. When I initiated return for these, the return requests are rejected stating some stupid reasons. The returned products are in the same state as received. How can products with inadequate quality can be delivered and then forcing customers to keep it by declining the requests.

A proper investigation needs to be done before blaming the customers.
