Hopscotch - Returns not picked up

I ordered a dress for my daughter on *September which i received on *September.I didn't like the dress because it was not same as shown in the picture so i returned it on *October. Since then they're assuring me that your returns will be picked up today,tommorrow. Their field executive calls me **minutes away form my residence and says that i am coming in the next *hour but he doesn't come. Now on the *October they're saying that your pin code is outside from our pick up area and we can't pick up from this address.
They have spoiled my lots of time and mentally harassed me. Please solve my problem.
